Set up Apple Business and share access with Moosh Works

Start with your own business account, verify it with Apple, then invite Moosh Works to manage your listings. You keep ownership and control.

Already verified? Start at step 6. You keep ownership. We manage only the brands and features you choose.

  1. Check for an existing account

    Open business.apple.com. If you already manage this business in Apple Business or Business Connect, sign in with that account. Do not create a duplicate organization.

  2. New account? Register as the owner

    Enter your business name, address and website. Leave the Agency declaration unticked. Use the name your business actually operates under; do not add LLC unless it is part of your legal name.

  3. Keep the login in your control

    Use an email and phone you control. Complete Apple's email and phone checks, save your login securely, and review Apple's terms yourself. Do not send us your password or verification codes.

  4. Verify your organization

    Open Settings → Organization → Verify Now. Apple asks for two verification methods. Use the options Apple offers, such as domain validation, a business ID or an accepted document. Ask us for help with DNS. Review can take several business days or longer.

  5. Find your business on Apple Maps

    Search for your existing listing before adding a location. Claim the matching business and follow Apple's verification instructions. If someone else manages it, or you do not have a customer-facing location, ask us before creating another listing or publishing an address.

  6. Find Partner Access

    Once your organization is verified, sign in as an Organization Administrator or Marketing Administrator. Open Settings → Integrations → Partner Access, then choose Share Access. If it is disabled, complete verification and wait for Apple's approval.

  7. Enter our Organization ID

    Enter 114892069541. Confirm the partner is Moosh Works LLC before continuing. This is an organization invitation, not an employee email invite.

  8. Choose features and brands

    Select Locations and the brands we have agreed to manage. Locations includes Brand Profiles. Specific brands limits access to those brands. All current and future brands also allows creation; choose that only if it matches our agreed scope.

  9. Review and invite

    Review the partner name, Organization ID, features and brands. Select Invite, then check that the invitation appears in Partner Access. Allow Apple emails through your mail filters.

  10. Tell us the invitation is sent

    Reply to your onboarding email when you have sent the invite. We will accept it and check access before confirming setup. An invitation alone does not mean a listing is live. You can change or remove our access in Partner Access.
